PRICES

- What’s included in the price?

Everything related with the tour. All food and drinks, transport if it’s necessary and VAT are included as well as our local bilingual guides.

- Are the prices offered on the website per person?

Yes they are. Tour prices given are per person.

- Do you have special rates for groups?

Yes, please contact us for group rates for more than 8 guests.

- Does the price of Michelin Star restaurants tasting menu include the beverage?

No it doesn’t. Only Akelarre’s tasting menu price includes beverage.

 

GROUPS SIZE

How many people minimum is required to run a tour?

Eat San Sebastian require a minimum of 2, 4 or 8 guests depending on the experience you choose. If you are a couple  that would like to book an experience of more guests, you can join a group that hasn’t reached the maximin number of guests required.

Can I book a tour with only 1 person?

We do offer the option to sign up for a tour as a solo traveler, however we reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour that does not meet the two person minimum.

How many people maximum is allowed to run an experience?

We believe that small groups work better if you want to have a great experience. Generally, our groups have a maximum of 10 guests per experience, but you can check the details in each experience’s description.

- What happens if the experience I booked does not reach the mínimum number of guests required?

We will contact you 72 hours before the experience date to inform you that it may be cancelled. We will contact you again 48 hours before it to confirm if we are finally running the experience. If not, we will provide you some other alternatives or the full refund of the amount paid.

Do you offer tailor-made services or corporate experiences?

Abosolutely yes. We have a portfolio of activities not included on the website. Feel free to ask us about these unlisted possibilities. We hope that the experience descriptions will spark your imagination and give you a sense of what's possible. call or email with any questions, to talk over your ideas, or to ask for some guidance in beginning trip planning. 

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, of course. Get in contact and give us your details.

 

FOOD REQUIREMENTS

What happens if I have any vegetarian or dietary restriction?

Please inform us of any food allergies and/or dietary needs or restrictions you may have. We cannot guarantee that any dietary needs or restrictions can be accommodated given the nature of the tour programs, but we will do our best to work with you. Any and all food allergies and dietary restrictions shall and must be disclosed to Epicurean Ways prior to trip commencement. Additionally, participants must sign the Disclaimer Form disclosing any such dietary allergies and/or restrictions.

 

BOOKING & CANCELATIONS

How do I book a tour?

You can book your experience by going to our website: www.sansebastianfood.com. Firstly, register yourself and then you can use our online booking system to book. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation by email.

I made a booking but haven’t received a booking confirmation?

Check your spam or junk bin and if you still haven’t received anything, email booking@eatsabsebastian.com and we will re-send you confirmation.

 

Do you accept cancellations?

Yes, we accept cancellations with full refunds up to one month prior to the start date of a booking. Refunds will be honored with a 10% fee on all cancellations made within one month of an event date. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to the event will receive a 50% refund, however cancellations made within 24 hours of an event will not be refunded. Should a cancellation be necessary we will be more than happy to reschedule or book an event for you in the future.

 

AVAILABILITY

What if the experience I would like to do is not available on a certain date?

Email or call us and we will do our best to open a new date in the calendar.

We’ve booked but need to change the date, is that ok?

Absolutely, we would love to accommodate your needs, however there will be a fee of 5% charged for itineraries changed within 48 hours of an event. Changes are subject to availability, but we will do our best to reschedule your experience.
